Position-Business Administrator
Major Tasks,
Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
-Establish short and
long term business objectives and setup the
implementation milestones;
-Identify, develop,
and evaluate marketing strategies based on knowledge of
establishment objectives, market characteristics, and
cost and markup factors;
-Direct and
coordinate marketing activities to promote products and
services;
-Establish company
operation policies and procedures;
-Monitor financial
activities and details such as projected revenues and
gross and net profit margins;
-Research and verify
all federal and state code compliances to ensure that
all legal and regulatory requirements are met in our
products and service offerings;
-Developing
budgeting criteria and allocate funds for marketing and
other operation needs;
-Monitor and
evaluate the performance of business, recommending and
implementing personnel actions.
Work Environment
-Office environment
requires no domestic and overseas traveling. Minimum
local business trips.
Education and
Experience
-Requires BS/BA in
related discipline. Generally 1~3 years of experience
in related field
Preferred
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree
in business management, Marketing or related field, MBA
preferred. Experience developing marketing
communications projects and/or developing marketing
strategy. Experience in business administrating,
international trading and market planning.
